Analyses Troubleshooting

When an analysis fails, open it from the Analyses list. The detail page shows the status and, when the pipeline reported one, a failure reason. Many failures are self-explanatory and tell you exactly what to fix — for example, validation failed: the input file is missing sample_id: Sample0012 means you should correct that input and re-run.

If the failure reason doesn't include instructions for how to fix it, contact your Intelliseq representative with the analysis ID shown on the detail page. We track and triage these centrally.
