Messages

The Messages page lets you choose which iFlow events notify you, and how. Open the topbar avatar → Account → Messages (/account/messages).

How it works

Messages is a preference table: one row per event type, with two toggles each — Inbox and Email. Enable Inbox to have the event appear in your in-app message inbox; enable Email to also receive it by email. The two are independent, and you set them per event type.

Events you can subscribe to

The available events depend on what your deployment has installed. Today they include:

  • Order signed — an order you're involved with has been signed off.
  • Project invitation — you've been invited to a project.
  • Analysis finished — a pipeline run has completed.
  • Analysis archive ready / failed — a per-analysis result archive is ready to download, or its build failed.
  • Bulk download ready / failed — a multi-analysis bundle is ready to download, or its build failed.
  • Broadcasts — project-, organization-, or system-level announcements.

The Messages page itself is the authoritative list — only the event types shown there can be subscribed to.
